Shipping Policy

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.

All Scarletto products are made to order. Orders typically arrive within:

  • 5-10 Business days (UK)

  • 7-14 Business days (International)

Most orders arrive sooner, but please allow up to 14 business days in total for delivery during busy seasons, custom delays, or unexpected carrier issues.

As a small brand occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and well assist you immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the date your shipping is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrive damaged or incorrect. Once you have requested a refund you have 14 days to return it.
